Consolidated Election is in April on the first Tuesday of the month in the odd years.

• Board of Appeals Member (City of Newton)
• Townships— Supervisor, Clerk, Highway Commissioner, Trustee
• Multi-Township—Trustees, Assessor

• Educational Service Region—Member of the Regional Board of School Trustee

General Primary/ General Election

General Primary is in March on the third Tuesday on the month in the even years.

General Election is in November on the Tuesday after the first Monday in the even years.

County—County Board, Circuit Clerk, State’s Attorney, Coroner, Precinct Committeepersons

Governor Election:

County—County Board, Treasurer, Assessor, Sheriff, County Clerk, Precinct Committeepersons

Educational Service Region— Regional Superintendent of School

Federal—President and Vice President, Senator

State—Governor and Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Comptroller, Treasurer

Congressional—Representative in Congress

Legislative—State Senator

Representative—Representative in the General Assembly

Judicial—Judge of the Supreme Court, Judge of Appellate Court, Judge of the Circuit Court, Judicial Retention
