For documents submitted for recording non-standard means
- A document that creates a division of a then active tax parcel identification number.
- A document recorded pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code.
- A document which is non-conforming, as defined by the following:
- The document shall be on 8 1/2 by 11 paper. Graphic displays that are recorded as part of the document shall be recorded without charging the additional fee.
- The document shall be legibly printed in black ink.
- The document shall be on white paper of not less than 20-pound weight.
- The first page of the document shall contain a blank space in the upper right-hand corner measuring at least 3 inches by 5 inches.
- The document shall not have any attachments affixed to any page.
- A State lien or Federal lien
- A document making specific reference to more than 5 tax parcel identification numbers in the County in which it ispresented for recording; or
- A document making specific reference to more than 5 other document numbers in the County in which it is presented for recording.
